Priming our body.

Engaging in movement primes our body for creative flow. Whether it's through yoga, pilates, hiking, or dancing, these practices activate our life force and keep our body healthy.

"It felt like coming together in a group of friends that I had been in search of for a long time.

The Muses Village was an incredible supportive group of women coming together in empowered sisterhood and for the growth of the entire community. Being able to meet with other women who genuinely cared about connection was really helpful and it showed me that I can always have community wherever I go. One way this group really inspired me was by emboldening me to share myself creatively and authentically on social media and put out content, which I had wanted to do for a long time, everyone is so willing to witness you in your light and offer you there praises.
